Voting

• Votes are counted based on successful (Completed) payments recorded by the platform.
• Vote prices, limits, or rules may change based on the awards program requirements.
• We may remove or reject votes where fraud, abuse, or system misuse is detected.

Payments

• Payments are processed via supported payment providers (e.g., MPESA STK Push).
• Ensure your phone number is correct before submitting a vote.
• If a payment is not completed, the vote will not be counted.

Accounts and Nominations

• You are responsible for the information you submit in applications and profiles.
• We may review, approve, verify, or remove nominations to maintain program integrity.
• Once an application is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn. Please review your information carefully before submitting.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, or manipulate voting results.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
